Chronotron is an audio tool that allows you to manipulate tempo and pitch separately; it can change the tempo of music files without affecting pitch (time stretching) and/or change pitch without affecting tempo (key change). Wide, configurable tempo range from 12.5% to 800% is available.
Chronotron can be run as a standalone application or installed as a plugin on professional audio applications such as Sound Forge and WaveLab. You can also use it in conjunction with Windows Media Player 11 or later during playback of videos.
